My stay at the hotel on May 9-10, 2024 can be rated with the highest score. A wonderful hotel located very close to the airport. The hotel rooms are very cozy and clean. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel and I am very pleased with the pleasant consistency of cleanliness and convenience. I would especially like to note the work of the hotel staff: very kind, friendly, caring people work at the hotel, ready to gladly help in resolving any issues (with transfer, luggage storage, and a comfortable stay at the hotel) I speak English poorly and I don’t speak Romanian at all, but this was not a problem for me while staying at the hotel. The staff was diligent and patient in trying to understand and help me no matter what. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff and management of the hotel. I will definitely recommend your hotel to all my friends and acquaintances.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The shuttle driver was at the airport when arrived, which was nice as didn’t have to wait for a ride. At the hotel, Daniela greeted me when I arrived. She was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for the night and the next morning. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had options to suite everyone’s taste. Andrei checked me out of the hotel and spoke to me in my native language (French). It was unexpected, but appreciated and very charming. The shuttle driver dropped me off at the airport with lots of time to spare. Also, the fact the hotel was so close to the airport was reassuring, as the roads in Sofia get jammed during peak hour, and you can be stuck there for quite some time.

A very good option for a short stay after a late arrival or before an early departure. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast in the morning. Free shuttle service, which is absolutely necessary: Despite the formal location close to the terminal, there is no short direct walk to it. An additional plus is the proximity to the offices of local rental companies, which are usually located outside the terminal area (we rented a car from Klass Wagen, their office is 10 minutes walk from the hotel). The staff was friendly, polite and helpful, the receptionist answered all our questions and accompanied us on the phone while we waited for the transfer to the hotel.

Comfortable bed counted as a plus. - Breakfast had variety and did not go over the top as many other establishments do, which I prefer to be honest. Good tastes at a reasonable price. Tried visiting their restaurant for lunch as well. Amazing tastes and excellent service but maybe their prices were a bit high compared to other available options nearby. - Superb location. Within 10' walking distance to the airport and about 20-30' to the city center by car.

Especially for a late arrival into Bucharest this hotel is excellent. They had the shuttle waiting for us without us needing to phone even though we got in after 1am. Check in was friendly and welcoming with bottled water awaiting us. The room was quiet and very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities provided. We paid for breakfast which had a good array of hot and cold choices. Check out was late (12 noon) and the shuttle is there to return you to the airport. The airport has good connections via train and bus to the city or via the train to cities elsewhere in Romania. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
